1. Eat Meals Regularly

People who have diabetes must also include more fish to their diet. All types of fish are good sources of proteins and omega 3 fatty acids which can protect against heart diseases.  But make it a point to avoid fried fish and aim to eat varieties like mackerel, salmons and sardines every week.
